Windows 10/11 & macOS

Take your drive back from the 36,000 files you forgot you had

Ri-zent finds the duplicates, the junk and the giant forgotten folders, sorts your photos by the people in them, and puts everything where it belongs. It runs entirely on your own machine — nothing is uploaded, no account needed.

Eleven tools, one window

No separate cleaner, no separate duplicate finder, and no cloud photo service reading your library to do it.

Organize

Sort thousands of loose files into clean folders by type, date or project — and preview the whole plan before anything moves.

Duplicate finder

Byte-identical and visually near-identical copies grouped together, with the best-quality version kept automatically.

AI photo sorting

Groups your photos by the people in them, and finds every shot of one person from a single reference picture. Runs on your machine.

Junk cleaner

Caches, temp files, installer leftovers and the folders Windows and macOS quietly fill up with things you'll never open.

Disk map

See exactly what is eating your drive, biggest folder first, instead of guessing where 240GB went.

Document tools

Search inside PDFs, Word files and spreadsheets, then rename and re-file the matches in bulk.

Archive & backup

Zip what you want to keep but not see, and copy anything important somewhere safe on a schedule.

Move & sync

Mirror a folder to an external drive or another machine without re-copying what hasn't changed.

Stays on your machine

No account, no upload, no telemetry. Nothing Ri-zent reads ever leaves your computer.

A closer look

What each tab actually does

Turn a 19,000-file dump into folders that make sense

Point Ri-zent at a messy folder and it builds a plan: by file type, by date taken, by project name, or by rules you set yourself. You see the whole plan before a single file moves, and you can undo the run afterwards. Empty folders left behind get swept up at the end — your choice whether that happens.

Organize
Ri-zent Organize tab: scan folders, find duplicates and sort files into folders by type

Finds the copies you can't see

Exact duplicates are easy. Ri-zent also catches the near-identical ones: the same photo saved twice at different sizes, the screenshot you cropped, the file your phone and your camera both exported. It groups them, picks the highest-quality version to keep, and sends the rest to the recycle bin — never straight to deletion.

Duplicates
Ri-zent Organize tab: scan folders, find duplicates and sort files into folders by type

Sort tens of thousands of photos by who is in them

Ri-zent reads the faces in your photo library and groups every shot of the same person together. Hand it one reference picture and it finds every other photo of that person, with a confidence score on each match. The model runs locally — your photos are never uploaded, and it works with no internet connection at all.

AI Photos
Ri-zent Photos tab: find duplicate photos, group them by person and search by reference face

Reclaim the space nothing else finds

Browser caches, update leftovers, crash dumps, orphaned installer files, thumbnail databases. Ri-zent lists what it found with the size of each pile, and you tick what goes. Nothing is removed without you choosing it.

Cleaner
Ri-zent Cleaner tab: remove temporary files, caches and clutter, and find your biggest files

See where your drive actually went

A ranked map of every folder by true size, so the space you can't account for stops being a mystery. Drill into any folder and keep going until you find the one holding everything.

Disk
Ri-zent Disk tab: see what is using your drive space and move whole categories elsewhere

Search inside your files, not just their names

Full-text search across PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets, then rename and re-file the matches in bulk. Useful when you remember what a document said but not what you called it.

Privacy, properly

Your photos never leave your computer

Every cloud photo service that sorts faces for you does it by uploading your library to someone else's servers. Ri-zent does the same job locally. The face recognition, the duplicate matching, the document search — all of it happens on your machine, which is also why it still works on a plane.

Questions people actually ask

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, and the licence is yours — including every future update. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

Do my files get uploaded anywhere?

No. Ri-zent runs entirely on your computer, including the AI photo features. There is no account to create, nothing is sent to a server, and the app works with your internet disconnected.

Can it delete something I wanted to keep?

Ri-zent shows you the full plan before it acts, and you confirm it. Deletions go to the recycle bin or trash rather than vanishing, and an organize run can be undone.

Does one licence cover Windows and Mac?

The Windows and Mac licences are sold separately, and the bundle covers both for less than buying them individually. If you need extra machines after that, the key-only licence adds additional users.

How do I get the download and my key?

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your download link and licence key arrive by email immediately after payment, and you can re-download from that same link any time.

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or macOS 11 and later on Intel or Apple Silicon. 4GB RAM minimum; 8GB recommended, since the AI photo features are the heaviest part.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email support and we will sort it out. If we can't, we refund you.

Ready to see what's on your drive?

One scan tells you more about your own machine than you have known in years.
